Faculty members can upload their SELF-APPRAISAL REPORTS using the form below. Yearly Self-Appraisals have to be submitted by 30 June of every year for the previous academic year. THE NAAC PEER TEAM FOR RE-ACCREDITATION (in 2016) WILL ASK FOR THE SELF-APPRAISAL REPORTS OF THE LAST FIVE YEARS; it would therefore be advisable to submit these reports as early as possible.
Newly appointed teachers have to submit their duly filled-in Self-Appraisal Report within one month of the date of joining.
The form to be filled in is an MS WORD file. However, once all details have been filled in, it is advisable to submit it as a PDF file to the IQAC. Teachers who have any difficulty in doing this can submit the WORD file along with an email request to iqac.mic@gmail.com to convert it to a PDF file for saving on the website.
The Self Appraisal Reports will be kept as a soft copy with the IQAC and members of the faculty can view or download these report when necessary from the IQAC website.
