This page contains the list of documents which are to be kept in the departments for the reaccreditation process. The documents on this page are accessible only to Faculty members of the College and require them to sign-in into their official email accounts to access the documents below.

FORMATS OF SOME DOCUMENTS IN THE COURSE FILE
If there is any difficulty in accessing any of the documents please contact the IQAC Coordinator.
Course Coordinators may please note that if there are common documents for all course files, they may be kept in a single central file. It is however recommended that such documents are kept in individual course files for ease of access. as these documents have to be shared with students.
Course Coordinators who are coordinating the same single paper for different batches, may also, at their discretion, keep a single Course File for the same course in all batches.

- VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT OF THE COLLEGE. HoDs may please note that the V & M Statement of the the Department may be prepared and sent to the IQAC for printing.
- ACADEMIC CALENDARS FOR FDP S1, FDP S3/ S5, PG S1 AND PG S3;
- DIFFERENTIAL ANALYSIS. This is available for all FDP 2016 admission batches. Course Coordinators may download the Differential Analysis of the batch they need from the following list: MATHS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BOTANY, BIOTECHNOLOGY, ZOOLOGY, ECONOMICS, JMCVP, ENGLISH, ENGLISH SF, COMMERCE, COMMERCE SF, BVOC SD, BVOC THM
- SYLLABUS OF THE COURSE WITH LEARNING OUTCOMES. Learning Outcomes for each course have to be prepared by Course Committees. A sample learning outcome is given HERE; how to write learning outcomes can also be understoodd by referring to the Teaching-Learning Centre on the IQAC website.
- FORMAT OF COURSE TEACHING PLAN FOR FDP S1/S3/S5. A sample course teaching plan is available is available HERE.
- FEEDBACK ON COURSE AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER. A format for getting feedback on the course at the end of the semester is available HERE. This is to be taken by the Course-Coordinator and filed in the Course File.
