FORMATS
This format contains the criteria used for online evaluation of teachers by students (for the information of teachers)
This course schedule for each course is to be given to students in the first week of every new semester.

The Report Card is to be prepared before the Open House session and a copy is to be given to parents
Faculty Advisors are expected to hand in the time-table of their class to the Vice-Principal at the beginning of the semester in this format.

This is format for submitting the profile of the faculty members to be put up on the College Website. Teachers may kindly email this filled in format to website@mic.ac.in at the earliest.

The UGC strongly recommends that autonomous college get their curriculum reviewed by subject experts before subsequent curriculum revisions. This document is a draft format for curriculum review.

This is the format for the documentation of all events in College. One copy of this document may be filed as a hard copy by the organizers of the event, while one copy shall be emailed to documentation@mic.ac.in. Photos taken of the event shall be emailed separately to website@mic.ac.in along with Summary Report given in the format above.
While institutional feedback on teachers by students will be managed by the Principal, teachers themselves are encouraged to get feedback on their teaching during a semester by using the format above.
This is the format of the feedback from faculty to evaluate their own department. It rests on the assumption than an efficiently functioning department is the cornerstone of a good institution.

Any achievement of students, either as an individual or a team, representing the College, may be documented in this format by the Faculty Advisor. The FA may file a hard copy for documentation in the department. A hard copy may be taken to the Principal to be read out over the PA system.
The format above will be utilized to get feedback from students about the teaching done during a semester; this feedback will be taken at the end of every semester in all batches.
This is the format for faculty to provide feedback on infrastructure and facilities available to them on campus.

POLICY GUIDELINES
This document contains the recommendations of the IQAC for 2015-16, which has been forwarded to the Principal to be placed before the Statutory and Non-Statutory Bodies of the College for necessary follow-up action. They are based on the seven criteria for re-accreditation

The IQAC had a meeting with the Faculty Advisors of the FDP S3 batch in June 2015 to discuss the functions and responsibilities of the Faculty Advisor. The above guidelines for FAs were formulated on the basis of inputs from the Faculty Advisors.

The External Members of the IQAC had strongly recommended the creation of Course Committees and Class Committees. The Course Committees would monitor and evaluate all courses running in each semester in a department, while the Class Committees would monitor and evaluate the performance of the class as a whole. The iQAC has created the guidelines below for the functioning of these two committees. They are for the special attention of all HODs and Faculty Advisors who shall ensure that these committees function effectively.
